****Every Sunday night at 6:30 p.m., the Greenfield United Baptist Church holds a service called Jesus in Jeans.

BIBLE STUDY IS STARTING BACK UP IN SEPTEMBER 


We will be celebrating Holy Communion the first Sunday of every month.

Please check out some pictures of our church and activities over the years on the display board in the church foyer. If you have any pictures to add to this display, please bring them in and add them to the board

 
 
 
Following is a list of events that have been planned for 2024

Some men of the church will hold a free brunch consisting of sausages, eggs, hash browns 
June 8 Yard sale
July 14 Appreciation BBQ (immediately after church service) (free luncheon)
November 7 Take out Turkey Supper
November 30 Christmas sale & bake sale



ANNOUNCEMENTS JUNE 2ND 2024​
 

  1. We wish to welcome all of our regular congregants as well as our visitors to our morning worship service. We are very pleased that you have chosen to join us this beautiful morning as we worship the Lord together. 

  2. A very Happy Father’s Day to all the men in our lives.

  3. Bible Study will be held on Tuesday, June 18th at 1:00 p.m. in the church vestry. Please come and join us in learning about God’s Word.

  4. Today, immediately after the morning worship service, we will be holding a Farewell Party for Florence Akinwande who will be going back to her home in Nigeria later this month. It has been such a joy to have Florence as part of our church family during this past year.

  5. Next Sunday, June 23rd, after church, there will be a BBQ of hot dogs, hamburgers, sausages, pop and water. The maximum price will be $10.00 for as much as you can eat, although you may buy individual items as well. Any money raised will go towards the church roof.

  6. The Ladies Auxiliary wishes to advise that they no longer need plastic containers but they will accept any donation of tinfoil plates. These are used for any donated leftover foods after an event.

  7. Music jams will be cancelled for the summer months and will resume again in September.

  8. The Greenfield Baptist Youth Group has had to cancel their coffee house night. It will be rescheduled later this summer.

  9. Long Lake Camp is holding a 60th Anniversary Celebration on Wednesday, July 3rd at 6:30 p.m. The service will begin at 7:00 p.m. Rev. Steve Hopper is the guest speaker. The camp belongs to the Lunenburg-Queens Baptist Association, so we have part ownership in it. Come out and support the camp and the association.

  10. There will be a day of clean-up at the Long Lake Camp on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

  11. Long Lake Camp registration forms are in the foyer.
